In the Communication Module of the Web Portal, you can find historical data on all communication sent through the platform in the message log (all one-way messages) and chats (all ongoing and archived chats). In the Analytics Module, you can see statistics and data on all communication to identify patterns and get an overview of the frequency and type of communications sent.
