About the role

At Safeture you will help position and sell the world’s leading employee safety platform, used by many major assistance and security providers around the world. Your contribution will help our partners and their clients and, in the end, help people who sometimes are desperately in need of assistance. For example, when becoming severely sick in a country abroad, far away from family, colleagues, and friends.

We are looking for a senior partner sales manager with at least 5 years of sales experience including partner planning and development. We think good salespeople are both socially skilled and have an achiever mentality. They know that there is no perfect solution, but many good ones. A good partner salesperson work with the partners to grow our joint business and build trust and long-standing relationships with key stake holders. Communication is key and being the representative of Safeture and the extended sales manager for our partners is key to success.

Work tasks

We understand that there are no superheroes, and we can’t expect you to check every box, but here are some things we think a senior partner sales manager should be able to do:

  • Have general and domain-specific knowledge to understand our industry and the partner community in our industry.
  • Work independently and with drive a passion to achieve the assigned sales quotas.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to create report and trust.
  • Solid planning and execution skills, ability to influence others and get alignment toward common goals.
  • Being creative and strategic to understand how the Safeture technology can show great customer and partner value mid to long term to ensure longstanding relationships with partners and clients.
  • Collaborate with the team, maintain a positive atmosphere and keep everyone motivated.

We are looking for

  • At least 5 years of senior partner sales experience, with proven track record
  • Solid experience working with SaaS technology.
  • Industry expertise
  • Very good knowledge in spoken and written German and English

  • Work extent: Full time
  • Location: DACH office in Tubingen, Germany. Is remote work good or bad? At Safeture we give you the best of two worlds. Work some days from home and some days from the office together with fun and friendly coworkers. The job will include international travel to different events, but also face to face meetings in out HQ in Lund, Sweden a couple of times per year.
