A Passenger Name Record (PNR) is a booking reference that holds information about a passenger(s), such as name and contact information of the passenger, travel dates, itineraries, seats, etc. A PNR can contain one or multiple travel segments, i.e., itinerary items such as a flight, hotel booking, etcetera. Also, it can hold travel information for multiple travelers.
The Safeture Platform fetches traveler data and booking information from each PNR and matches the travelers in the PNR to end-users in our system. If the traveler data cannot be matched to an existing user, a new traveler profile will be created. We handle both pre-ticketed and ticketed PNRs, depending on your needs.
