Enhanced editing of the country information.
Release date: 2023-02-14
To clearly distinguish the original Country Information from any potential additions, we have decided to remove the possibility of editing individual information sections. However, you can now add additional information in two new information tabs.
So, instead of editing the original information, we allow Admins to complement the existing information through two new tabs:
- Additional Info tab: For partner admins, who are managing the safety of one or more client/-s, you will see this new tab in the Country Editor of the Web Portal. Note that the information added in this tab will be displayed for all users connected to all your clients’ accounts.
- My Organisation Info tab: Admins who are administrating users related to a single account will see this new tab in the Country Editor of the Web Portal. The information added here will only be visible for the users connected to that specific account.
Hide/show existing information sections
There are also possibilities for you to hide individual sections of information in the Country Editor. Note that a Client Admin will not be able to hide information added by a Partner Admin. The Partner Admin, on the other hand, can hide sections of information on both a partner and client level.

Automatically assign users to groups based on a custom SSO field.
Release date: 2023-01-24
What is Single Sign-On?
Single Sign-On means using your existing company user login credentials to external platforms like Safeture. In other words, all of the user credentials are owned and controlled by you, which makes the login experience smooth for all users. You use your existing company username and password to log in to Safeture, and the username can even be pre-populated for a smoother login process.
Stop wasting time manually adding users to groups.
The Safeture Platform supports manually assigning users to groups to create user hierarchies and give Admins access to specific groups.
To give further automated options for this process, we have enabled you to set group belonging using a pre-defined parameter received after a successful SSO login attempt via an external identity provider.
Note that if the group values for a user are changed between sequential logins, the group should be updated, even if it was previously already set.
